Alec Ziff
Director, Writer
Alec is a director, writer, producer, and editor based in Los Angeles. He wrote for the Critics Choice Award-nominated Netflix series NARCOS: Mexico, starring Diego Luna, and worked on the Netflix original film, BRIGHT, starring Will Smith.
He co-wrote and co-directed a short film, The Retrospective, starring Brett Gelman (Stranger Things, Fleabag), which premiered at the Calgary International Film Festival. Most recently, Alec wrote Crown Vic, a feature film for MadRiver Pictures (Plane, Ad Astra), with Christian Gudegast (Den of Thieves, Den of Thieves 2) attached to direct.
His latest short film, GOOD NIGHT, premiered at the 2025 Chicago Horror Film Festival.
